Sentiero Punta Campanella

Punta Campanella is certainly one of the most beautiful panoramic places of the entire Sorrento coast; at the end of the route you will reach the Torre di Punta Campanella, where once stood the temple of Athena - Minerva. From here it will be possible to admire the Bay of Ieranto to the south eastern side and the island of Capri and Ischia on the west.
The route starts from the village of Termini. From Piazza Santa Croce along Via Campanella, keeping to the right at the junction with Via del Monte, the path will cover the east side of Monte San Costanzo.
Along the way you will meet further crossroads on the east side: the first leads to private homes, the second to Cala di Mitigliano, the third to the Torre di Fossa Papa.
In the hottest periods of the year it is recommended to carefully consider which way to take, due to high temperatures and sun exposure

DIRECTIONS

From the Termini square, follow the signs towards Punta campanella. We suggest to park in the square or in the first useful place, as the road narrows as you go down
